Kosaka

Kosaka is a single-bridge design featuring a softly angled, oval-shaped titanium frame, reminiscent of a modern pilot aviators.

Expanding on its signature eyewear line, Byredo introduces a series of stripped back updates for 2023. Delicately poised between the past and the future, the latest iterations take timeless silhouettes and styles, synthesising them to their essential form with two variations of CR lenses – translucent grey and deep black. With five archetypal and genderless frames to choose from, every mood and face shape is accounted for.

A selection of signature Byredo frames – Niiro, Kosaka, Isono, Takenaka, and Obata – are reimagined in monochrome with the focus placed on the shapes, composition, and silhouettes rather than colourful palettes. The result: a clarity of vision, a statement of intent, a dedicated commitment to purity of essence.
